Go back through your leads and call em!!!!
My business partner and I came to the end of a successful 6 month DM campaign. Instead of deleting/archiving our list we decided to go back through and call everyone we didn't buy from. One of the individuals was on a piece of land with 2 homes on it. We made him an offer and even followed up with him 4+ times. Wouldn't give an answer just said he wanted time etc and never called us back. My business partner called him today for that ONE LAST TIME and he said that our offer was 10k lower than he wanted. We met him in the middle paying another 5k extra and got a property under contract that will have a ridiculous ROI.
It may have taken 5 or 6 follow ups but we got him. Do you want to be persistent and successful or timid and broke? Your call....
