Buying multiple properties with no money down. Is it possible?

Hello. My fiance` and I are new to bigger pockets and have been looking at rental properties. We found an eight-plex that we were interested in. Upon further inspection we realized the entire block was up for sale by the same owner. We had just planned on attaining a loan from the bank for the eight-plex, but i would really like to purchase the entire block. Is there a way to do this with no money down? Any other advice would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention. George and Freida.
