NJ Partnership filing fees

Im about to purchase a property in NJ.  I have several investors (about 10).  All investors are passive and mostly non-residents of NJ.  Is there a way to structure my entity to avoid paying a filing fee of $150 per partner every year to the State of New Jersey??

Currently, the owning entity is a Delaware LLC. However, since it has NJ sourced income, it will be required to pay the filing fees of $150 per partner.
