Best free REI Apps
Calling any and all experienced real estate investors! As a newbie I'm looking for any advice you may have about applications for your phone or tablet that you just can't live without when it comes to REI. Specifically:
-Looking for property and finding deals
-Collecting rent
-Managing property maintenance requests/and phone calls
And what I'm most curious about is how people go about finding what a property may rent for. Are you scouring craigslist for this information?? How is one able to find what properties are rented vs. owner occupied in a neighborhood??
Thanks in advance
