Greetings to my BP community,

I have not been as active lately as I would like to be. Still listening to the podcast every week and utilizing my keywords. Almost ready to start making offers on my first rehab.

I wanted to pick some brains when it comes to using Green materials. What are some benefits as well as the downfalls of this strategy. Is it a good selling point?

Looking forward to some feedback on this.

Cheers,

Damir
