Tempting but unprofitable offer
So, I just received a very tempting but completely stupid as a business decision, offer today. Dude wanted to trade a beautifully restored 67 Firebird, for a little 3 bed 2 bath house in a very rural area. I'm only in the place for 12k right now, its a wholesale deal. Man I used to own a car just like it back pre- crash, it'd be awesome to own another one. Oh well, stay focused and eye on the prize and all that, bit still...
I was offered a newer F350 and gooseneck trailer a while back on another house. There might be something to this, especially on a hard to sell deal, just thinking.
What are some of the crazy things others have been offered in trade for a property?
