Whats the best place to invest in residential Land right now?

Hi BiggerPocket Community,

I am a complete newbie in Real estate investing.. And I wanted to get started with real estate investing. After reading up a lot on the forums I figured out to start small its better to start with investing in land.  So I wanted to check with you guys as to what would be the best place to buy residential land with less than 25k.
