Lot Split Question Sacramento
Hi, I have a friend who purchased a 1.3 acre parcel as an investment. They want to split it into 2 parcels, each about 2/3 acre. They have never done this before, and I have also never split a lot. I am hearing everything from a few thousand to $40,000 to get it done, and everywhere between 3 months to a year. Is there anyone who can offer me more than just a "guess"? Someone who has actually split a lot in Sacramento County, and knows how to get it done for the lowest price and fastest time period... thank you!
