Flipping ROI
Hello, Everyone my name is McCauley I wanted to know what do you think about flipping in this market I'm located in S.California where it seems like everyone has money, a lot of full price offers these days, I talked to an investors some say the ROI in this market it 10-8% on a middle 500 or lower price property. I talked to someone who was very successful and they said at that 10-8% ROI I might as well wholesale deals then get into a rehab there is not enough security if something goes wrong, so I should submit offer no lower than 13% ROI.. What do you guys think. Flip or Wholesale
Thanks, McCauley
