Buyers Closing Costs
Hello,
My agent presented me with this ($395 fee), which I signed, because I assumed it was a normal part of the process. Ive come to learn that it may not be. I close on the deal tomorrow and the mortgage company was surprised by this. I realize its too late but I'd just like to know if I got played. This is my first deal that Ive done all the way through. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks, Mark
