Hello,

I've set up a meeting to check out a motivated seller's house. This is the first motivated seller I have gotten in contact with and we will be meeting this Friday. I'm looking for a CA purchase contract. Can anyone provide a template or guide me to the right place to find one?

Since I'm a newbie, any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated while doing the walk through of the property.
