"condo with views" price premium in Summit County, Colorado
We're looking to see if there is an average, accepted premium for condos with mountain/lake views in the Wildernest subdivision of Silverthorne, Colorado. Average PPF seems to hover around $280 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo, but listings are anywhere from $204K-$212K for the same unit, depending on orientation to the mountains.
Any thoughts on a reasonable premium to pay for a better mountain view?
