Contacting the buyer directly, is this an issue?

Hello All,

Just a quick question, we are in the process of selling our house and was curious on what the rules were for contacting the buyer directly instead of going through the realtor? Had some questions after the inspection was done, and its taking some time to get answers.

This is in Houston TX if that makes a difference

Thanks

Craig
