currently I have came across an individual whom inherited  some property 4 years ago. He claims they are junk. Says he intended to fix them up for rentals. He also has loads of money.I asked him about selling and has agreed. My question  I would like to get finance and be able to fix up for rentals.  In this town rentals are hard to come by. My credit is not at the point to where I could obtain a loan. Score aprox. 600.what could I do to obtain these 4 homes? Would a construction  type loan work.
