Mobile home investing in SW Michigan

I've been looking into mobile home investing around Kalamazoo, MI and am having trouble finding parks that will allow investors to work in their parks. Does anyone have any suggestions for parks/areas that they know nearby that would be more open to investors?

Hi @Curtis Merrick I'm right across the border in Indiana and I'm investor friendly.  I'm off of exit 40 about 9 miles from the border and less than 10 from 4 Winds
