MOBILE HOME VS CONDO

I recently started house hunting, but I'm not sure if I should buy a condo or a mobile home. I could get a spacious mobile home, but I would have no tax benefits or I could buy a condo have tax benefits, but it would be a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Not sure what way to go. Any suggestions?

Don't forget good old-fashioned "houses".  What's the bet that whatever condo or mobile you are looking at, there will be at least 1x house up for sale nearby for similar price? Yes, it will likely be run down, but hey, THAT is where a lot of your future appreciation of value will come from:- fixing it up over time. My $0.02c.  Cheers...
