Southeast and Southwest Michigan Partners

Hi Everyone,

I have recently joined BP a couple weeks back and have been learning a ton of information. Thank you very much for everyone who has been supportive on the forums and all my lengthy question emails I keep sending out :).

I have been working with some possible partners I found on BP and or companies but I wanted to expand and make some more connections along with way. I have definitely found my niche in buy and hold rental properties.

I am looking for partners/companies who can help me with some properties I am looking into in Southeast and/or Southwest Michigan. I have found some great companies for Ohio, Florida, and other out of state companies but none really for Michigan.

I needed someone I could work with who could give me possibly rehab properties that I want to fix up and rent out?

Also any property management firms located in southeast or southwest Michigan?

Always looking for partners also for some JV projects I am looking into!
