Steps to buying RE in Florida without an agent
I am going to make an offer on a lot adjacent to my home in Florida. What is the first thing I need to do once my offer is accepted? I know I don't need an attorney, but will the title company take care of everything? I am not using a real estate agent, I just want a simple transaction.

@Cathy McCormick I would suggest getting an agent. You should be able to find someone to work for a lower rate since you have already identified the property and just need transaction management. It doesn't sound like you are very knowledgable about the process, so it will be money well spent for you. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
