Hello BP community

Its about 4:19 AM my time zone. This is the best for me to use my brain and the children is sleeping. Its been almost a month since I join BP thanks God I did, everyone post made an impact in my life and the way I use to think. To make the story short, me and I husband have been thinking of buying a rental property and renting out. We have been reading lots of books, BP post cards and Brandon Turner Book of course. We have been saving money for back up plan. But we don't want to use our money after reading Brandon's book the on investing on real estate. It shows you how you can take loan or other options. We want to buy with a Multi-family 2 units maybe 3 from owner occupied.

Please feel free to advice on any ideas and what you think I need to focus or even your own experience how it all went for you.

As always thank you. Lourdemir
