Don't know where to start...
Hey BiggerPockets family, the title says it all... I don't know where to start. I want to start investing in real estate and making it a part time thing, but the only thing holding me back is the starting point. I have no credit so I cannot qualify for a conventional loan and I don'tknow where to access Hard Money Lenders. Can anyone please give me advice? I am willing to offer 50% of my earnings to whoever is interested in mentoring for as long as I'm being mentored.

Read all the background material available here. There is a lot. This will take you some time.
Join your local REIA.
After maybe 90 days, you should be ready to do something. Stay away from GURU's, who will want to charge you big bucks.
