Property class?
I have heard people mention a property class they like to look for or invest in. What are the different classes?
Thanks,

@Justin Kelly A class newest, best, and everyone want to be there, B used to be A class but now older, C working neighborhood, lower income, D mostly you dont want to be there. F doesnt exist though maybe it should some days, for those special WTF neighborhoods.
