Financial Freedom/Maturities

So I found a house that's been vacant for about a year.. No paper on doors showing that the bank has taken it over yet... I've talked to neighbors which gave me little information on were the homeowners are located.. Checked tax assessment roll online and found out that Financial Freedom/Maturities is now controlling the estate.. Called but no information could be given ( which I figured).. has anyone ever dealt with this company or purchased a property from them?.. any info would be great..thanks
