Once the Real Estate Market goes back to previous levels (in real terms - for the economists out there). how will real estate investing change? There will certainly be less foreclosures.
The real estate market seems to be rapidly going back to normal nowadays. Are you just going to follow the same strategies, but do less deals? Accept less ROI?
