Do you have to spend money with a company in order to market and fund a deal?
I have been inquiring about a site that charges upwards of $1900 to market and fund your Real Estate deals and then I found BP. I was excited to find that a statement regarding having to spend the above amounts was unnecessary. I plan on upgrading to PRO but wanted to know if other first timers have found success here by not having to pay large fees in order to acquire and get funding for their deals. I believe success comes in many forms as long as you put in the work, but there are so many avenues asking for this kind of investment just to get started. Is it really necessary and what makes BP so different?
