Man I love being busy (productive)

I started title work on two homes that I had under contract. (They were listed/sold within 4 days.) That should close within a week or so. On lunch I submitted an offer on an off market home from my DM campaign. After work I went and met a contractor at another home that I had looked at previously that would be a flip. Hoping to talk the seller down and get that one under contract. That will happen once I have estimates back from GC. When I was showing the two previously mentioned homes a neighbor walked up and asked if I would buy his home. I went by there tonight and walked through/photographed. I got home and ran comps, ran a rehab estimate, and emailed him an offer.

I love actually doing something productive.
