Referral Fee
So I have been networking at my local Reia feeling more confident. Any who met a women who has rehabbed a house she is almost done. She was really nice. I happen to might have someone to purchase her home at asking price. Its not even completed yet. I was originally was planning to talk to another investor but his property was way to small he would have given me $2000 just for finding a buyer. Im not a bird dog but its just timing. How do I say lol I would like $2500 as a referral fee sounding correct. I know if this buyer buys she is saving a lot like I said its not even on the market yet. We are going to see the property next Friday its a family member.
