List source dilemma

Has anyone run into the problem on listsource of searching a criteria and nothing appearing? I searched MFR in my area and was told by the listsource staff that my county records MFR under a different name not "multifamily" The dilemma I have is when searching for properties I select "multifamily" and nothing comes up, I need to find the alternative name recorded for MFR. I called my county clerks office and no one has answer or clue of what I am talking about.
