Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

I turned 18 and if you have seen my posts before you know it's my goal to buy a rental property while I'm 18.

Quick question for you. The bank is telling me for investment property you have to put 15% down. Although this would not be a problem, I'm just wondering who would stop me if I used FHA and a month later started to rent it out. How would they know? If they found out what would happen?

Thanks and can't wait see what you guys say.

Have a great night,

Kyle
