Investors must waited 15 days to submit offer
Hello, we are new to investing and recently looked at a couple of single family houses. We had a house that we wanted to put in an offer that was on the market for fours days. We were told that any offers would be rejected by investors or 2nd home buyers until the house was on the market for 15 days. Has anyone had this experience?
