Charlotte, NC infill acreage appraisers

Potentially there is 3 acres of residential acreage for sale in south Charlotte. There is another 1.5 acres also available which is not adjoining to the 3 acres. This property could yield from 7 to 10 building lots. As this is a very desirable area of Charlotte and there are very few comps. in the immediate area how do I accurately price the property? To do an accurate appraisal I need a certified appraiser with extensive knowledge of the area. Would this be a residential or commercial appraiser and does anyone have any insight on how to proceed or can anyone recommend an appraiser? Thank you in advance for your input.
