Historic preservation possible?
Hi,
It would be great to get the thought out there to flippers/investors to keep as much of the original details in older houses/building as possible. It's such a shame to walk into a freshly flipped house to find that it has been wiped of all of the original details.
Los Angeles has a history that we should be proud of and wish to preserve!
Do others have these hopes as well?
