Private equity firms starting to sell?

I always get notifications by redfin for new listings in the particular neighborhood where I own properties. Normally it's 1 or 2 new listings per week.

15 minutes ago I received 2 emails with 15 new listings in that neighborhood. So, I looked closer. All the same agent, subsequently, must be all the same owner or person, who gave the 'sell order', since they all came up at the same time.

Looked at ownership records and they've all gone through the hands of 2 LLC's in the past 2 years , mostly Mid Group LLC and then moved on to other LLC's. - Half of them EH12 Holdings or EH15 Holdings - I'm sure just different divisions of Mid Group.

I wonder if this is just a fluke of one private equity firm selling off their assets or if there's more to come by others.
