Seeking help on buying foreclosure in Independence, MO

I found this property, and think it would be a nobrainer:

 http://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/fsba,fsbo,for...

If I bought for the cheap $15,600 price, and tried to turn around and sell again for the Zestimate and make a little bit of money.  I know the Zestimate is probably not a good indicator, and that there are a lot of other foreclosures around it, but even selling for $25,000 would be a good turnaround for a first timer wouldn't it?  Let me know how clueless I may be.

Thanks
