I have been reading the fourms and download the material that the team at biggerpockets have provided for us and I would like to start investing. I have a credit score 706, 712, 738 ,but I don't have money for a down payment (I have read people say borrow it form family but I don't have family with money) . I would like to invest in Duplex/Triplex/Fourplex can you give me some advise? Is it possible for me to do so?
