Property Manager Recommendation for Mid-City Los Angeles

Can anyone recommend a property management firm servicing the Mid-City Los Angeles area, zip 90019? 

Interestingly, I reached out to a firm earlier this week and heard back from them that they drove through the neighborhood and decided to pass on it.  The neighborhood is definitely transitional (most of the tenants will be Section 8), but it's hardly the ghetto, so I was surprised.  But it made me realize I should be looking for a company who specializes in, or at least is well-connected to, that particular area.
