I have always been told that if you can find a good deal, then the financing will come. Well, I believe I found a good deal. It is of course an MLS listed property. Here are the details.

Triplex, fully rented for $2200.00 per month. Asking $100K, value $200K (Zillow).  I would like to purchase this property no money down.

Any ideas?
