Any advice on getting started for a new Real Estate Broker in Raleigh, North Carolina?

Hi Everyone,

Recently passed my state exam and signed with kw.

Right now, I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with everything I could be doing to get started. As a result I feel like I'm lacking focus and trying to do a little bit of everything.

If you were starting out today... what are the 3 things you would tell yourself to focus on?
