What are the most common objections you hear in buying houses?

Im breaking down my presentation with sellers and want to start a forum on fine tuning our "pitch" or "presentation". I want to hear some of the objections you hear while with the seller as to why they won't sell their house to you. Im going to work the objections into my presentation early so they don't come up in the end. I thought this might be helpful for new and seasoned negotiators. Thanks for any input.
