Does anyone NOT use a realtor when selling flips?

With many profit margins on the small side, has anyone tried either FSBO or just buying a MLS listing to reduce closing costs? To take it one step further, has anyone been able to successfully sell without any realtors on either side? Or is not possible to reach a large enough audience? I've successfully sold my own home FSBO on a couple of occasions in the past, but could afford to wait until a good buyer came along. Seems like a different ballgame with flips.
