Hello Everyone! You all are gems! I want to begin to thank everyone for their ideas and concerns and most of all your knowledge . so here goes..................

I generally use a contractor here and there and who is available at the time in my little circle and played them for services rendered  Question.?? Has anyone ever offered contractors to rehab a place with you (you paying for material ) and giving them a % of the profit once the property sells ??? If you have?? I would like to hear...I am getting together with a relative contractor to discuss this particular matter and don't really know what to offer or where to begin??? He works thru the day with a company and does odds and ends on the side.

I would appreciate any input that you all may have.

thanks Barb
