Just got turned down by a mortgage Lender on a refinance I was trying to do.  Said my Credit Score (Middle Score) was 619 and their underwriters needs was a 620 Score.  I Checked my FICO and it was 640.  Anybody know what Score most mortgage Lenders will use to approve Mortgage Loans?
