Rewarding Real Estate Agent

Hello BP Members, I need your input and advice.  I am very lucky to work with a fantastic real estate agent who caters to investors.  She recently sold one of my rental homes and did a great job that she usually does.  I want to give her a gift beyond her commission.  Would it be better to give her cash, or gift card, etc? Thank you for your input in advance.

@Casey Rolland

Whatever you give her will be appreciated.

That being said, check with her broker to see if they have a corporate policy against gifts.

I'd also check with WA laws as well.  I doubt they have anything post deal, but make sure you don't do something that either/both of you regret later.
