Hello,
I sold a property with a quitclaim deed, can anyone explain this statement:
Subject to easements, covenants, restrictions, leases and other matters of record affecting title to the subject real estate. Is it risky for me as a seller?
The property sold AS IS and we have to wait 10 years to get title insurance.
Thank you
