Novice in the wholesale Game

Hello BiggerPockets Family,

my name is Maxim and i moved from NY to TX (DFW location) and i am seeing a few "we buy houses" and take there numbers down some or just fake wholesalers and some or legit and also i have an investor that has properties that he gets and sells "i sell houses below 50% market value". Reading a bunch of books and going threw a bunch of great forums in BP but yet still would love to do a hands on "tag team" on a deal.
