Hidden Signs on MLS Listing

Hello All,

I' finally able to set a couple of hours doing R E. Now I'm searching on MLS list and there's prospect property that has:

1. 1." W9 required with accepted agreement of sale. Commission is contingent on 3rd party approval"
2. 2. 243 days on market
3. 3. lock box keys.
4. 4. Withdrawn

Based on that info, what does that say about that house? Pics looks like there's still people living in the house.
