Bank Owned Properties

Hi, I have stopped getting responses from the BP.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.  I had a question, how can a bank help in finding properties, such bank owned or maybe even a list.  I have a friend who works in a bank, and I am wondering if he could help me.  Thank you

I think "REO's" sold a lot of books and seminars, but Jon Holdman is correct. Large banks always list, with MLS-the vehicle to obtain highest selling price. So, that leaves only small local or regional banks. I think there is lower-hanging fruit.
