Wall Street Journal as a resource

I never thought to mention this but then I thought perhaps not to many folks know about it.

Every Weds WSJ has a special section dedicated to real estate called the property report.  It is typically very large and notable transactions but I like it because it points to market trends.

Also, they have a pretty good classifieds for auctions, financing, etc.

I happened to notice a NH auction in todays section that was news to me and I will now be attending.

Just my .02 but for the 1-1.25 it might be worth picking up once in a while if you don't subscribe.

P.S. - I am in no way affiliated with WSJ just a long time reader.
