Becoming a Real Estate Agent - A Strategy to Learning About Real Estate
HI BP Family,
I'm new to BP and real estate investing. I only recently began studying, looking for local meetups and such to further my education.
As a beginner, do you think it's wise to take a job as a real estate agent?
Is it worth the cost of going through the training and getting licensed? (I know you don't have to be licensed to invest in real state)
The thought about starting out as a real estate agent sounds appealing to me but I would like advice from the more seasoned investors out there.
Thanks
CR
