Apartment Portfolio - Need Serious Help
(Keep in mind that I'm not a licensed broker)
I have access to a portfolio I'm trying to sell for the actual owner. Its a 13 building apartment portfolio and he's asking for 17Million. I thought I had an idea of how to structure this deal but it's getting stressful. I thought i could act as a broker (in which some people told me i could) and get a commission fee. I want to wholesale but the I've been speaking to the buyers representative and had the thought 'how's the rep getting paid?' ANY wise suggestion would suffice. The only reason I'm continuing with the deal is for the experience, I prefer NOT to run from the situation. A referral fee is my LAST resort! Thanks!
