Just went into escrow on a Triplex for $89k...

Hey guys, 

Super pumped this morning because i just signed the purchase agreement on a triplex for $89,000. It needs some work on the inside like flooring and painting and a few new doors but pretty standard bank owned home. Carrying cost will be $600 a month and it should bring in anywhere from $1500 - $1800 a month in rent. I just wanted to share my deal with everyone.
